Da Vinci Code, The Movie
Who Will Break the Da Vinci Code?
Four of Hollywood's biggest names are vying for the starring role in the film adaptation of "The Da Vinci Code", a New York Times bestseller.
Tom Hanks, Hugh Jackman, Russel Crowe and George Clooney are locked in a cutthroat competition to play the lead role of Robert Langdon. Ron Howard, who directed the Oscar winner "A Beautiful Mind", will work his magic behind the camera.
The plot revolves around Langdon, who must unravel a murder mystery by using clues from the works of Leonardo Da Vinci. Russel Crowe looks to be favored to land the starring role, but Oscar winner Tom Hanks is nipping at his heels.
Whoever plays the lead role, I hope the movie stays faithful to the book. I hate what they did to Michael Crichton's "Sphere".
